3/30 Yoga with Live Cello

Join us for an invigorating Vinyasa yoga flow accompanied by the soulful resonance of the cello. The practice of yoga is extremely beneficial for the physical and spiritual aspects of the body, and when live music is incorporated, the poses become intuitive and and make way for even greater awakenings.

HCAS yoga teacher Lauren Johnson will be leading the class with cellist Dan Kassel accompanying with live music. Lauren leads every level of yogi, beginner to advanced, with her blend of humor, gentle poses and kind, easy-going instruction. Blend this with Dan’s ability to use technology to loop and layer the melodies of his cello, and the result is nothing short of transcendent. Get ready for the most relaxing and meditative Savasana of your life!

This offering will last about one hour and fifteen minutes and will be followed by a tea ceremony where guests can continue to ride the tingly sensations of post-savasana with conversation, laughter and herbal tea. We hope you will be able to join us for this very special evening.

Thursday, March 30th 7-9pm.
